Terms of Service for Offline Conversions for Meta Tool Effective Date: January 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms By installing and using the Offline Conversions for Meta Tool(the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the add-on immediately.
2. Description of Service The Application is a Google Sheets add-on that enables users to hash and transmit conversion data from Google Sheets to the Meta Graph API.
3. Licensing and Payments
Installation: The Application is free to install from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Activation: Access to core syncing features requires a valid license key.
External Payments: All payments for licenses are handled outside of the Google Workspace Marketplace. We do not process payments through Google.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they send to Meta.
Users must comply with Meta's Business Tools Terms and Advertising Policies.
5. Limitation of Liability The Application is provided "as is." We are not liable for any discrepancies in Meta Ads reporting, account suspensions, or data loss resulting from the use of this tool.
6. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms or the application’s features at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of these changes.
