Use Setup Sheet Template First
Create a unique Event ID for each row.
(Every row should have its own Event ID.)
You must add at least one identifier:
Phone number OR Email (required for Meta matching).
First Name / Last Name are optional, but recommended to improve match quality.
Value and Currency are required for “Purchase” events,
but you can also add them for Lead events if you want.
make sure currency symbol is compatible with meta
Event Type ,it's Service or product type (important if you have different categories) to create custom audience in ads manager.
Ad ID is optional, but it’s very important if you want Meta to attribute results correctly at the campaign/ad level.
City is optional, but it helps improve event match quality.
✅ Always write the city in small letters (example: cairo, riyadh).
If the customer was sent as Lead, then later they Purchased,
just change the Event Name to “Purchase” and change the event Id then remove 'success' from status column
The Tool will send the updated Purchase event to Meta.
If it’s the customer’s second order (another purchase),
don’t edit the old row.
Instead, create a new row with a new Event ID and send it as a new Purchase event.
